岩白菜素固体分散体的制备

目的 制备岩白菜素固体分散体.方法 分别选择Kollidon VA-64、Soluplus作为载体材料,热熔挤出技术制备固体分散体.测定岩白菜素体外溶出度,通过差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、X-射线衍射分析(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)进行表征.结果 岩白菜素与Kollidon VA-64或Soluplus的最优比例均为1∶5,60 min内其累积溶出度分别为92.9%、95.9%.该成分在固体分散体中以无定形状态存在,与载体材料之间可能形成了氢键.结论 固体分散体可改善岩白菜素的体外溶出度,Soluplus作为载体材料时的制备效果略优于Kollidon VA-64.
