根据引文耦合分析流程,基于开源可视化工具开发引文耦合分析可视化系统,包括数据存储、引文耦合计算、可视化等三个模块,能够实现三种相似度规范化系数、用户自主设置阈值、抽取子结构、输出基础文献等功能,还提供多种交互设置,方便用户在多种条件下进行可视化分析。最后,以竞争情报为例,利用该系统可视化分析该领域1998-2008年的研究热点,并输出相应的基础文献。
According to the process of citation coupling analysis, this paper develops a citation coupling analysis visualization system based on open source visualization tools, including three modules of data storage, citation coupling calculation and visualization, which can realize three kinds of similarity normalization coefficients, user-set thresholds, sub-structure extraction, Basic documents and other functions, but also provides a variety of interactive settings, user-friendly visual analysis in a variety of conditions. Finally, taking competitive intelligence as an example, this system is used to visualize the research hotspots in the field from 1998 to 2008 and output the corresponding basic documents.
