The relationship between dietary habits and cardiovascular disease has drawn considerable attention for a long time, but it lacks a typical sample of the population. This article uses the materials of the Census and Women’s Census of Sweden to conduct a 12-year follow-up observation. Methods: From 1968 to 1969, 1,462 participants were divided into five age groups. 1980 to 1981 over. Sampling method and participation rate (90.1%) can guarantee the representativeness of the sample. Meal status surveys use 24-hour recall and dietary history surveys. Energy and nutrient intake data are processed using computer. The computer system is based on Abramon’s food
