目的评价吸入一氧化氮(NO)对再灌注兔肺气体交换改善的效果。方法40只健康新西兰大白兔随机分成4组,每组10只。Ⅰ组未缺血组;Ⅱ组未缺血+吸入NO组;Ⅲ组缺血再灌注组;Ⅳ组缺血再灌注+吸入NO组。Ⅱ、Ⅳ组吸入NO50×10-6,再灌注240min连续动态观察PaO2、PaCO2、A-aDO2、Qs/Qt、高铁血红蛋白。结果(1)吸入NO不影响正常兔肺气体交换功能;(2)再灌注时吸入NO后PaO2上升,PaCO2、A-aDO2、Qs/Qt下降。(3)吸入NO对高铁血红蛋白的升高无明显影响。结论吸入NO能明显改善再灌注肺早期气体交换功能。
Objective To evaluate the effect of inhaled nitric oxide (NO) on the improvement of lung gas exchange in rabbits after reperfusion. Methods Forty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups (n = 10). GroupⅠwas not ischemic; GroupⅡwas not ischemia + inhaled NO; GroupⅢwas ischemia-reperfusion; GroupⅣwas ischemia-reperfusion + inhaled NO. Group Ⅱ, Ⅳ inhaled NO50 × 10-6, 240min after reperfusion continuous dynamic observation of PaO2, PaCO2, A-aDO2, Qs / Qt, methemoglobin. Results (1) NO inhalation did not affect normal rabbit lung gas exchange function; (2) PaO2 increased, PaCO2, A-aDO2, Qs / Qt decreased after NO inhalation. (3) NO inhalation did not significantly affect the increase of methemoglobin. Conclusion NO inhalation can obviously improve the early gas exchange function after reperfusion.
