最近的研究表明,用三价冷适应流感疫苗预防15～71月龄健康儿童的甲、乙型流感,有效率在90％以上。因此,评价流感减毒活疫苗在老年人中的效果,有可能促进这一年龄组人群的流感疫苗接种。
Recent studies have shown that the use of trivalent cold-adapted influenza vaccine to prevent influenza A and B influenza in children aged 15 to 71 months has an effective rate of over 90%. Therefore, assessing the effectiveness of live attenuated influenza vaccines in the elderly has the potential to boost influenza vaccination in this age group.
