为研究由太阳辐射引起的短期温度效应对我国北方地区冬季日照温度场下港口门座起重机结构应力及结构变形的影响,首先采用试验的方法对该日照温度场下港口门座起重机的温度场分布规律进行了分析;然后,运用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对港口门座起重机实际温度场下和假设温度场下的结构应力场进行有限元仿真分析,通过将港口门座起重机实际温度场下的结构应力场仿真结果与实际试验应力数据进行对比,验证了有限元仿真分析的可靠性;通过将港口门座起重机实际温度场下的结构应力场仿真结果与假设温度场下的结构应力场仿真结果进行分析,得到了太阳辐射引起的温度效应对港口门座起重机结构应力场的影响规律。
