研究了{110}<100>双轴织构银基带的制备工艺,通过冷轧及再结晶退火得到了较强的{110}<100>织构的银基带.并且进行了银基带的合金强化研究,在纯银中掺入一定比例(l%,3%,5%)的铜以提高其机械强度,分析了银铜合金的织构状态.在{100}<100>,{110}<211>,{012}<100>3种织构的银基带上用准分子激光(PLD)方法沉积 YBCO高温超导薄膜,并证实了{110}织构的银基带适合 YBCO薄膜的外延生长.
The preparation process of {110} <100> biaxially textured silver ribbons was studied. The strong {110} <100> textured silver ribbons were obtained by cold rolling and recrystallization annealing. In addition, a certain amount of copper (1%, 3%, 5%) was added into pure silver to improve its mechanical strength. The texture of silver-copper alloy was analyzed. YBCO high temperature superconducting thin films were deposited by the excimer laser (PLD) method on three kinds of textured silver substrates with {100}, {110} <211> and {012} <100> The textured silver ribbon is suitable for the epitaxial growth of YBCO films.
