为了探究活性粉末混凝土材料(RPC)在隧道管片方面的应用,通过对RPC梁进行抗弯试验,研究了厚度和配筋对RPC梁抗弯性能的影响,对比分析了不同参数下RPC试验梁的破坏特性、承载力、弯矩-挠度和弯矩-应变关系的变化规律,进而探究RPC作为衬砌管片材料的优越性。研究结果表明:在常温下配制养护RPC构件,其立方体抗压强度可达到130 MPa;少量配筋能够增加RPC构件的变形,提高延性;适量配筋能够显著提高RPC构件的抗弯承载力和变形,但减小厚度对适量配筋RPC构件的变形和抗弯承载力影响较小;掺加的钢纤维承载部分荷载,使得RPC应用于管片中可减少钢筋用量和厚度。
In order to explore the application of reactive powder concrete (RPC) in tunnel segment, the influence of thickness and reinforcement on RPC beam bending performance was studied by RPC bending test. The failure of RPC beam under different parameters was analyzed Characteristics, bearing capacity, bending moment - deflection and bending moment - strain relationship, and then explore the superiority of RPC as a lining material. The results show that the compressive strength of RPC can reach 130 MPa at room temperature. The small amount of reinforcement can increase the deformation of RPC and increase the ductility. The proper amount of reinforcement can significantly improve the flexural capacity and deformation of RPC , But the effect of decreasing the thickness on the deformation and flexural capacity of the RPC with moderate reinforcement is insignificant. The load of the loaded steel fibers can reduce the amount and thickness of the reinforcement by using RPC in the segment.
