卷钢是杂货运输的一个货种,因其滚动的特性,比起其他货物,在海上运输过程中的绑扎、衬垫、固定工作显得尤为重要。笔者在远洋船上任大副,于2010年8月在M轮承载卷钢从南非Durban港至越南Haiphong港。在与港口绑扎工头密切配合下,根据积载和绑扎经验,以及收集到的有关卷钢绑扎的资料,在实际工作中仔细推敲了各个装载、绑扎、衬垫、管理环节;根据船舶特点、航次总体货载状况、航区海况和气象特点,适时调整积载和绑扎,认真做好航行途中的检查、加固和保管,最终顺利完成了货物的运输任务。
Coiled steel is a cargo of miscellaneous goods transport, because of its rolling characteristics, compared with other goods, in the maritime transport banding, padding, fixed work is particularly important.
