为落实党中央、国务院关于党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的总体部署和要求,进一步推进国土资源系统反腐倡廉建设,确保实现用两到三年时间遏制住腐败易发高发态势的目标,国土资源部党组作出这一《决定》。《决定》全文共十二条,分三个部分,即:充分认识加强从源头上防治腐败工作的紧迫性;突出重点,严格管理,加强和完善制度建设;严肃查处违纪违法案件。
