目的肛瘘患者的围手术护理分析。方法对对照组患者采取常规护理措施,对实验组患者采取围术期综合护理措施。结果对照组患者的疼痛评分、焦虑评分及患者满意度明显不如采取围术期综合护理后的实验组。结论对肛瘘手术患者采取科学合理的护理措施,可使患者的精神压力得到减轻,患者的不良心理情绪得到纠正,患者的心理压力得到降低,患者对疼痛的控制能力得到提高,患者的术后疼痛程度和焦虑情绪得到减轻,进一步完善护理服务。
Perioperative nursing of patients with anal fistula.
