本文在野中郁次郎SECI模型的基础上,提出了在企业内部进行知识产权认定的知识管理方法,并详细介绍了该方法在企业的运用步骤。
Based on the SECI model of Nonaka Yuzhong, this paper puts forward a knowledge management method of identifying intellectual property within the enterprise, and introduces in detail the application steps of the method in the enterprise.
