针对我国城市老年公寓发展中存在的服务质量、人力资源与信息化建设问题,给出了一种基于虚拟组织理念的,以老年公寓为主导,吸纳相关社会机构与领域专家参与的城市养老虚拟组织协作模式。本文还给出了一种具有较强的事物处理能力和一定决策支持能力的网络信息平台模型,为城市老年公寓协作服务提供信息技术上的支持。 Aiming at the quality of service, human resource and information construction in the development of urban apartments in China, this paper presents an urban virtual organization for the aged based on the concept of virtual organization, which is dominated by elderly apartments and involves the participation of relevant social institutions and field experts Collaboration mode.
