Background Currently, more than 50 countries in the world are conducting business climate surveys and use it as an important statistical investigation system. China began its investigation of the economy from the early 1990s. The boom index has macro and micro categories, namely the entrepreneur confidence index and the business climate index. The Entrepreneurial Confidence Index is the judgment of entrepreneurs’ confidence in the macroeconomic environment; and the business climate index is based on the entrepreneur’s judgment of the company’s current comprehensive operating conditions and the expected future development.
