本研究描述福建省高新技术企业科技人才的心理健康状况、工作满意度与自我效能感的现状,探讨三者之间的关系。方法:采用多阶段整群随机抽样法,使用一般资料问卷、一般健康问卷(GHQ-12)、明尼苏达满意度问卷(MSQ)和自我效能感问卷(GSES)对福建省高新企业的409名科技人才展开调查。结果:企业科技人才心理健康状况不佳者占总数49.6%,工作满意度和自我效能感均处于中上水平,影响企业科技人才的心理健康状况的主要因素有:性别、对目前的工作的归属感、工作压力、工作对社会的贡献、工作城市、企业性质、工作满意度总分以及从事当前工作的工龄。结论:提升科技人才的学历水平,提高其工作满意度,增加其工作归属感和工作贡献感,减少压力感等是提升企业科技人才心理健康水平的有效方法。在企业管理中更应关注女性科技人员和较高工龄员工的身心健康,进一步完善企业的管理制度和技术创新环境。
This study describes the status of mental health, job satisfaction and self-efficacy of high-tech enterprises in Fujian Province and explores the relationship among the three. Methods: A total of 409 scientific and technical personnel of high-tech enterprises in Fujian Province were recruited by using multistage cluster random sampling method, using general information questionnaire, general health questionnaire (GHQ-12), Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) and Self- Start the investigation. Results: The poor mental health of technical personnel in enterprises accounted for 49.6% of the total, job satisfaction and self-efficacy are at the upper level, the main factors affecting the mental health of scientific and technological personnel of enterprises are: gender, attribution to the current job Sense of work, work pressure, contribution of work to society, work city, nature of business, total job satisfaction, and length of service in current job. Conclusion: It is an effective way to enhance the educational level of science and technology personnel, improve their job satisfaction, increase their sense of job belonging and work contribution, and reduce the sense of pressure to enhance the mental health of scientific and technological personnel. In enterprise management, we should pay more attention to the physical and mental health of women scientists and technicians and employees of higher seniority, and further improve the management system and technological innovation environment of enterprises.
