目的研究低分子肝素钠联合硫酸镁对重度子痫前期患者的血清高敏C-反应蛋白和D-二聚体的影响。方法选择2013年1月至2015年1月化州市人民医院收治的82例重度子痫前期患者作为研究对象,按数字随机表法将其分成对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组患者给予常规硫酸镁治疗,观察组患者给予低分子肝素钠联合硫酸镁治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者孕期延长时间大于对照组,动脉压、24 h尿蛋白定量、脐动脉S/D比值以及血脂水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前血清高敏C-反应蛋白水平比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,虽然两组患者血清高敏C-反应蛋白水平均有所下降,但观察组血清高敏C-反应蛋白水平下降幅度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前D-二聚体值比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,虽然两组患者D-二聚体值均有所下降,但观察组D-二聚体值水平下降幅度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素钠联用硫酸镁能有效改善患者动脉压、血脂水平等指标,使得孕期延长,有效降低了血清高敏C-反应蛋白水平和D-二聚体值,值得重视。
Objective To investigate the effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with magnesium sulfate on serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and D-dimer in patients with severe preeclampsia. Methods Eighty-two patients with severe preeclampsia who were treated in Huazhou People’s Hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as study subjects, and divided into control group and observation group according to digital random table method, with 41 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional magnesium sulfate. Patients in the observation group were treated with low molecular weight heparin sodium sulfate and magnesium sulfate. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results The duration of pregnancy in observation group was longer than that in control group. The arterial pressure, 24 h urinary protein, S / D ratio of umbilical artery and blood lipid level in observation group were lower than those in control group (P <0.05). Serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels were not significantly different between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels decreased in both groups. However, (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in D-dimer before treatment between the two groups (P> 0.05). After the treatment, Although the D-dimer values decreased in both groups, the decrease of D-dimer level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin combined with magnesium sulfate can effectively improve the patients’ arterial pressure and blood lipid level, prolong the pregnancy period, effectively reduce the serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and D-dimer value, which deserves attention.
