为解决某海港工程大量沉箱填砂问题,利用6″离心泵作工作动力,设计制造了抽填砂两用的喷射泵,从泥驳将砂砾吹填到沉箱内,生产效率约为60m~3/hr。同时对泵体主要部件的几何尺寸进行了多组测试。找出其特性曲线和最佳组合方案。在此基础上,自行设计组装了一艘抽吸砂船,安装了三台6″喷射泵,预计平均总生产效率可达120m~3/hr左右。
In order to solve a large number of caisson sand filling problems in a harbor project, a 6 "centrifugal pump was used as a working power to design and manufacture a jet pump for sand filling and sand filling.
