所研究的以尿素为氮源、磷矿粉为磷源生产复合肥料的新方法 ,是用硫酸与尿素作用生成硫酸尿 ,然后再与磷矿粉反应 ,经熟化 ,加入氯化钾 (或硫酸钾 )和微量元素 ,造粒、烘干 ,制得中等浓度的专用复合肥。通过实验研究了尿素与硫酸的配比 ,磷矿粉加入时的温度 ,熟化时间对有效磷的影响等工艺条件 ,从而确定了适宜的工艺参数。
The new method to produce compound fertilizer using urea as nitrogen source and phosphate rock as phosphate source is to use sulfuric acid and urea to generate sulfuric acid urine and then react with phosphate rock powder. After ripening, potassium chloride (or sulfuric acid Potassium) and trace elements, granulation, drying, to obtain a medium concentration of special compound fertilizer. Through the experimental study of urea and sulfuric acid ratio, the time of adding phosphate rock powder, aging time on the available phosphorus and other process conditions, so as to determine the appropriate process parameters.
