公司企协于1997年3月11日召开1997年第一季度秘书长例会,会长王观泽、副会长曹迦、王兴璜、徐金华及基层企协秘书长共21人参加了会议。会议由常务副会长兼秘书长王兴璜汇报了1996年12月基层企协主管领导及秘书长会议以后落实今年4月份召开“公司企协成立二周年大会暨1996年度年会”有关准备工作情况。自1996年12月秘书长会议以来,根据公司企协的要求,各基层企协分会会员的登记工作和分会机构的整顿、健全及优秀论文推荐工作正在顺利进行。这些工作与体制上可能的变化并不矛盾。
On March 11, 1997, the Enterprise Association of Enterprises convened a regular meeting of the Secretary-General in the first quarter of 1997. President Wang Guanze, Vice Presidents Cao Jia, Wang Xinghuang, Xu Jinhua and Secretary General of Grassroots Enterprises attended the meeting. The meeting was headed by Wang Xinghuang, executive vice president and secretary-general. After the meeting of the leading executives and secretary-generals of grassroots enterprises in December 1996, the meeting was held in April of this year to implement the preparations for the second anniversary of the establishment of enterprises and associations and the annual meeting of 1996 Happening. Since the meeting of the Secretary-General in December 1996, according to the request of the enterprises and associations, the registration work and the rectification and improvement of the subcommittee bodies as well as the recommendation of excellent papers are smoothly proceeding. These jobs are not in conflict with the possible changes in the system.
