乳化炸药以其抗水性能、爆炸性能、安全性和原料来源广泛、环境污染少等特点,在我国迅速发展。随着应用范围的不断扩大,对其品种性能及生产设备提出更多要求。BME系列乳化粒状炸药是用于露天大直径炮孔和地下中深孔爆破的新品种。用于BME系列生产的设备是自行设计的专用设备。包括三部分:乳胶的制备;粒状铵油炸药的混制;乳胶与铵油炸药掺合。
