江苏省睢宁县卫生协会重视《中国乡村医生》的订阅工作,于1991年10月11日召开了乡镇卫协会管理人员《中国乡村医生》杂志订阅专题工作会议,大家一致认识到,该杂志对于乡村医生了解农村卫生室的建设、管理和农村办医形式,特别是在提高医疗技术、增长业务知识方面极为重要,是村卫生室必备的刊物。因此,会议决定1992年每村卫生室都要订阅一本《中国乡村医生》杂志,并把此项工作列入1992年卫生室管理工作的考核内容之一。杂志由县卫生协会统一组织订阅,所需费用由县卫协会从会员会费中支付15％,乡镇卫协会从公益金中支付15％,村卫生室集体支付70％。
Suining County Health Association of Jiangsu Province paid great attention to the subscription work of “Chinese Village Doctors”. On October 11th, 1991, it held a special work conference for the subscription of the “Doctor of the Country Doctor” of the manager of the township and town health association. Everyone unanimously recognized that the magazine was for rural areas. Doctors understand the construction and management of rural health rooms and the forms of medical treatment in rural areas, and are particularly important in improving medical technology and increasing business knowledge. They are necessary publications in the village clinics. Therefore, the meeting decided that in 1992 every village clinic should subscribe to a “Chinese Village Doctor” magazine, and this work was included in the assessment of the 1992 health room management. The magazine is uniformly organized and subscribed by the County Health Association. The required fees are paid by the County Health Association from the membership dues by 15%, the township health association by 15% from the public welfare fund, and the village clinics by 70% collectively.
