我们的会开了三天,大家讨论了“九五”培训工作规划的基本思路和培训中心的暂行管理办法,交流了经验,特别是对在“九五”期间怎样把企业干部培训工作搞好,发表了很多很好的意见,听了以后很受启发。下面我讲几个问题,希望能引起大家的思考和讨论。
Our meeting lasted for three days. We discussed the basic ideas of the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” training work plan and the temporary management methods of the training center, and exchanged experiences, especially on how to do a good job of the training of enterprise cadres during the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period. Many good opinions were published and I was inspired to hear it later. I will discuss a few questions below, hoping to arouse people’s thinking and discussion.
