Objective To investigate the changes of lower extremity vascular color Doppler echocardiography in diabetic foot (DF) patients and the risk factors associated with DF. Methods A retrospective analysis of 82 cases of DF patients with lower extremity vascular color Doppler ultrasound findings and general information. Results ① The lower extremity arterial lesions in DF patients mainly began to sclerosis from the popliteal artery, especially in the posterior tibial and dorsalis pedis artery. Arterial stenosis and occlusion were the main causes of limb ischemia and gangrene. ② Long-term dysglycemia, hyperlipidemia, hypertension DF is a risk factor. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is helpful in judging the severity of vascular disease of lower extremity in DF, choice of treatment options and prognosis of prognosis of DF patients. Strict control of blood sugar, blood lipid and blood pressure is helpful to prevent diabetic foot.
