一、建立高校毕业生信息反馈档案的必要性毕业生信息反馈档案(或称毕业生质量评价档案)全面反映了毕业生的综合素质,是科学公正评价高校毕业生质量,了解教育产品是否适应社会发展需要的第一手参考资料,也是高校调整完善培养计划和专业方向及社会选拔人才的重要依据。建立高校毕业生信息反馈档案,通过有效的反馈机制,可以改革和完善高校人才培养模式,为社会培养更多“适销对路”的人才,有效缓解高校毕业生的就业压力。
