近年来,教师的职业压力,心理问题和更严重的倦怠,他们的职业幸福感急剧下降.现在,人们越来越意识到提升教师职业幸福感的必要性.正如英国著名教育家Holmes认为,幸福快乐完全是来自于教师的主观感受,它同样需要教师身心的和谐统一,代表着平衡与舒适在生活的各个方面都得到了体现.同时,在国家2018年相关政策文件上,了解到中国对中小学教师现状国家的重视,包括在解决方案中提到诸如教师薪酬水平、工作福利、社会地位等的提升,使教师真正成为有幸福感的工作.
