用经皮电刺激测定脑运动传导时间的新方法,对脑梗塞30例与对照组30人(50侧)进行测定。脑梗塞病侧为12.67±4.3ms,健侧为6.00±1.48ms,对照组为6.21±1.43ms。脑梗塞级脑运动传导时间延长,与健测、对照组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.001),提示本方法对脑梗塞有定量诊断意义。
Percutaneous electrical stimulation was used to measure brain conduction time. Thirty patients with cerebral infarction and 30 controls (50 sides) were measured. Cerebral infarction side of 12.67 ± 4.3ms, contralateral to 6.00 ± 1.48ms, the control group was 6.21 ± 1.43ms. Cerebral infarction grade cerebral motor conduction time, compared with the health test, control group had a very significant difference (P <0.001), suggesting that the method of quantitative diagnosis of cerebral infarction significance.
