为增加玉米生长积温,提高保苗率,以充分利用农业废弃物。根据各地育苗基质来源不同,以牛粪、草炭和稻壳灰为主要原料,按照一定比例与土壤配比,进行不同配比基质筛选。结果表明:处理2以牛粪20%、草炭30%、稻壳灰20%和土壤30%作为育苗基质,对玉米幼苗素质影响最好,其幼苗叶绿素含量和根系生长量等各项指标均好于其它基质处理,处理1和处理3之间育苗效果差别不明显,但不如对照处理。说明以农业废弃物作为育苗基质,可部分或全部代替土壤育苗,还可对农业废弃物进行循环利用。
In order to increase the accumulated temperature of maize, seedling raising rate should be increased to make full use of agricultural waste. According to the different sources of nursery substrate, cow dung, peat and rice hull ash as the main raw materials, according to a certain proportion and soil ratio, different matrix screening. The results showed that treatment 2 had the best effect on the seedling quality of maize seedlings with 20% of cow dung, 30% of peat, 20% of rice husk ash and 30% of soil as the substrate for seedling growth. The indexes of seedling chlorophyll content and root growth were all good In the other substrate treatments, there was no obvious difference between the treatments 1 and 3, but it was inferior to the control treatments. It shows that agricultural waste can be used as seedling matrix instead of soil nursery in whole or in part, and the agricultural wastes can be recycled.
