2000年5月以来,我国节能灯和打火机生产出口企业先后被告上欧盟委员会反倾销法庭,结果前一案我方企业惨败,后一案则最终以起诉方欧洲打火机厂商撤诉而草草收场
Since May 2000, China’s energy-saving lamps and lighter production and export enterprises have been accused by the European Commission anti-dumping court. As a result, our company has suffered a disastrous defeat in the previous case. The latter case finally ended with the withdrawal of the European lighter company by the prosecution.
