介绍了目前常用的井壁化学稳定性评价方法。在对多组岩样进行多指标测定的基础上,对目前泥页岩稳定性评价中存在的问题及不同方法之间的相关性进行了分析。利用变量聚类法对评价指标进行了分类,聚类结果证明,膨胀率、分散率、CEC及电动电位间具有较好的相关性,CST和胶体率与其他评价指标的相关性较差。提出井壁稳定性评价及试验数据如何处理,仍需进一步研究和探讨。
The commonly used method for chemical stability evaluation of shaft lining is introduced. Based on the multi-index determination of several groups of rock samples, the existing problems in the evaluation of shale stability and the correlation between different methods are analyzed. The clustering results showed that there was a good correlation between expansion rate, dispersion rate, CEC and electrokinetic potential. The correlation between CST and colloidal rate and other evaluation indexes was poor. It is still necessary to further study and discuss how to evaluate the wellbore stability and how to process the test data.
