2007年9月20日,在福州举行了首届“海峡百姓论坛”暨闽台族谱展活动。本次活动由福建省海外联谊会、福建省中华文化学院、福建省姓氏源流研究会、台湾省姓氏研究学会主办,省各民主党派、工商联、省台联、省金门联、省黄埔同学会协办,省姓氏源流研究会承办。活动吸引了两岸和港澳及海外专家学者270多人参加,其中台湾专家学者100多名,开幕式时来自国内各地的旁听者达千余人。这是一次意义深远的文化认同和两岸民间友好往来活动。会议前收到海内外专家学者及热心人士报送的论文资料131篇。福建省政协副主席王耀华等省领导,福建省委统战部副部长、福建省中华文化学院党组书记庄奕贤,福建省委统战部部务会议成员、福建省中华文化学院副院长陈飞,福建省有关单位负责人都出席了会议并作了重要讲话。本刊选发其中3篇领导讲话摘要,以飨读者。
On September 20, 2007, the first “Straits People Forum” and the event of spectrum exhibitions between Fujian and Taiwan were held in Fuzhou. This event is sponsored by Fujian Overseas Friendship Association, Fujian Chinese Culture Institute, Fujian Surname Origins Research Association, Taiwan Surname Surveying Society, Provincial Democratic Parties, Federation of Industry and Commerce, Provincial Taiwan Union, Provincial Golden Gate Union and Province Huangpu Students’ Association Co-organizers, the provincial surnames source research will be contractors. The event attracted more than 270 experts and scholars from both sides of the strait, Hong Kong, Macao and overseas, including more than 100 experts and scholars from Taiwan. At the opening ceremony, more than 1,000 observers from all over the country attended the event. This is a far-reaching cultural identity and friendly exchanges between the two sides of the Strait. 131 papers received from experts, scholars and enthusiasts at home and abroad before the conference. Fujian Provincial CPPCC Vice Chairman Wang Yaohua and other provincial leaders, Fujian Provincial Committee United Front Work Department Deputy Minister, Fujian Province, Chinese Culture College Party Secretary Zhuang Yi Xian, Fujian Provincial Committee of the United Front Work Department members, Fujian Province, vice president of Chinese Culture Chen Fei, Fujian Province The responsible persons of the units attended the meeting and made important speeches. The magazine selected one of the three speeches summarized the leader to readers.
