本实验以大棚和温室栽培的蕨菜为试材 ,探讨了蕨菜从出苗期至孢子产生期的酶谱情况 ,结果表明 ,不同器官在不同生育期的酶谱是不相同的。从出苗期至孢子产生期酶带数逐渐减少 ,酶活性逐渐降低。根状茎和羽叶显示的谱带数比其它器官多 ,且羽叶谱带特征明显 ,这种差异在不同栽培条件下是相同的。综合观察 ,SOD同工酶分析以出苗期和羽叶取材为好
In this experiment, the bracken cultivated in the greenhouse and the greenhouse was taken as the test material to study the zymogram of bracken from the seedling stage to the sporulation stage. The results showed that the zymogram of different organs during different growth stages was different. The number of enzyme bands decreased gradually from the seedling stage to the sporulation stage, and the enzyme activity gradually decreased. Rhizomes and feather leaves showed more bands than other organs, and the characteristics of the feather band were obvious. The difference was the same under different cultivation conditions.
