工业厂房常用长柱明牛腿全装配方案,与现浇柱相比,有机械化程度高、工期短、用工少、劳动强度低、大大节省模板及支撑费用、吊装机械可在跨内开行、设备容易选择等优点。而现浇柱在每层接头处,钢筋需错位绑扎,一般下层柱主筋要向里收进1d,或接近1d (当柱只有4根主筋时,接近收进1d。d 表示主筋的直径),以便把上层主筋配在设计要求的位置上,与下层柱伸出的主筋绑扎,这对柱的受力来说是很不利的,特别是当柱的断面较小、配筋较粗的情况下,在主筋收进的部位,断面受到较多的削弱。
