许多研究提示抑制性细胞在多种自身免疫性疾病、原发性免疫缺陷性疾病及肿瘤免疫中具有非常重要的作用。抑制性细胞可分为非特异性和特异性抑制细胞。前者主要为非 T 细胞如 B 细胞、巨噬细胞等,后者一般指 T 细胞,即抑制性 T 细胞。抑制性 T 细胞是胸腺衍生的淋巴细胞亚群之一。它是在机体免疫反应中起调节作用的细胞,既能抑制体液免疫反应,也能抑制细胞免疫反应,是自身稳定机能的重要调节因素。
Many studies suggest that suppressor cells play a very important role in various autoimmune diseases, primary immunodeficiency diseases and tumor immunity. Inhibitory cells can be divided into nonspecific and specific inhibitory cells. The former mainly non-T cells such as B cells, macrophages, etc., the latter generally refers to T cells, that is, inhibitory T cells. Suppressive T cells are one of the thymus-derived lymphocyte subsets. It is a cell that plays a regulatory role in the body’s immune response. It not only inhibits the humoral immune response, but also inhibits the cellular immune response, which is an important regulator of its own stable function.
