关于提名推荐的人大代表候选人是否有条件限制,在业内存在争议。有人认为,依法只要是选民,就可以被提名推荐为人大代表候选人;但也有人认为,有选举权不一定就有被选举权,人大代表候选人条件应符合相关的法律规定。
There are controversies in the industry regarding whether there are any restrictions on the nomination of candidates for deputies. Some people think that as long as they are voters in accordance with the law, they can be nominated for candidates for NPC deputies. However, some people think that the right to vote does not necessarily have the right to be elected. The conditions for candidates for deputies should meet relevant laws and regulations.
