应用DNA分子杂交技术和~(32)P标记的C-Ha-ras-1及C-myc癌基因探针检测17例正常子宫颈及44例子宫颈癌组织中的C-Ha-ras-1及C-myc癌基因。结果;宫颈癌组织中C-Ha-tas-1及C-my的阳性率分别63.63%(28/44)及68.28%(30/44),而对照组均为阴性。经对宫颈癌组织中C-Ha-fas-1与C-myc检测结果的相关分析,30例C-myc阳性者中,26例C-Ha-Fas-1也呈阳性,癌基因与细胞学分级有关而与临床分期无关。因此,C-Ha-fas-1及C-myc癌基因与宫颈癌的发生、发展及预后有关,二者在宫颈癌的发生、发展中可能有协同作用。
The C-Ha-ras-1 and C-Ha-ras-1 and C-myc oncogenes in 17 cases of normal cervical and 44 cases of cervical cancer were detected by DNA molecular hybridization and ~ (32) P-labeled C- C-myc oncogene. Results The positive rates of C-Ha-tas-1 and C-my in cervical cancer tissues were 63.63% (28/44) and 68.28% (30/44) respectively, while those in the control group were all negative. The correlation analysis of C-Ha-fas-1 and C-myc in cervical cancer showed that among the 30 C-myc positives, 26 cases of C-Ha-Fas-1 were also positive, Level and not related to clinical stage. Therefore, C-Ha-fas-1 and C-myc oncogenes are related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of cervical cancer, and both may have a synergistic effect on the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
