所谓实效性包括实施的可行性和实施效果两个方面,实施的可行性是方案的创意、设计、理念、以及使其操作的的可行性,而实施效果则是目的的到达程度或结果。初中历史教学实效性是要充分发挥课堂教学主阵地的作用,准确把握和落实历史课程的“三维目标”;面向全体学生,高度尊重学生个性,充分发挥学生的自身能力和特长,为其主动适应未来社会打下基础;克服“三维目标”割裂化、教学内容泛化、教学活动外化、教学效率低下化、教学方式程式化、教学主体边缘化和教学本质淡化等现象。
