天峰化工有限责任公司针对硫黄制酸、硫铁矿制酸、磷酸一铵、复混肥、钙镁磷肥、过磷酸钙6套装置所产生的清水和各类生产污水进行废水回收及清污分流循环利用改造。具体实施方案是:各生产装置冷却水和蒸汽冷凝水由各装置内部回收利用;各装置的污水集中到公司污水系统统一处理后作为生产补充水。重点介绍了公司污水系统的处理方法、处理效果和循环利用情况,最终实现了清水与污水的合理利用,达到了污水零排放,节约了水资源,保护了周围环境。
