本文以广西大学行健文理学院工业设计专业为例,针对独立学院面临的新形势和新挑战以及独立学院工业设计专业人才培养模式的现状,在明确人才培养目标,增强学生就业竞争力、改革课程体系,培养学生创新能力、改革教学手段,创新教学方法、培养“双师”素质教师,建设高水平师资队伍、加强实践教学,提高学生动手能力等方面,进行了卓有成效的改革和探索。
This article takes the industrial design specialty of XingJuan University of Science and Technology of Guangxi as an example. In view of the new situation and new challenges faced by the independent college and the status quo of the training mode of the industrial design professionals in the independent college, this paper clarifies the objectives of personnel training, enhances the students’ employment competitiveness, System, cultivating students ’ability to innovate, reforming teaching methods, innovating teaching methods, cultivating “double teacher” quality teachers, building a high standard of teaching staff, strengthening practical teaching and improving students’ practical ability, etc., conducted fruitful reforms and explorations.
