随着改革开放的深化,经济关系发生巨大变化,作为经济关系重要组成部分的劳动关系矛盾也日益显现,劳资关系呈多元化、复杂化态势,在各类经济性质企业中侵害职工合法权益的现象时有发生。工会作为职工利益的代表者和维护者,必须认真研究新时期劳资关系的矛盾冲突,采取有效措施,发挥在劳资关系矛盾中独特的协调作用,有效地维护职工合法权益。
With the deepening of reform and opening up, the economic relations have undergone tremendous changes. Labor conflicts as an important part of economic relations have also become increasingly apparent. Labor-capital relations have been diversified and complicated, posing a violation of the legitimate rights and interests of workers among various types of economic enterprises happens sometimes. As the representatives and defenders of workers’ interests, the trade unions must conscientiously study the conflicts and conflicts between the labor and capital relations in the new period and take effective measures to play a unique coordinating role in the conflicts between labor and capital so as to effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers and staff.
