普通本科高校扩招以及高中毕业生源的减少给职业院校带来的连锁反应表现在:生源越来越少;教育教学难度越来越大;培养出人才的水平不高。因此,生源多元化的人才培养问题必将越来越受到重视。其现阶段研究主要集中于职业教育人才培养模式改革与生源减少对策等研究,对职业教育生源多元化的人才培养模式与方法研究却鲜有报道。
The undergraduate enrollment and the reduction of senior high school graduates’ sourced by the regular undergraduate colleges and universities have brought the chain reactions to vocational colleges: fewer and fewer students, more and more difficult education and training, and a low level of cultivating talents. Therefore, the source of diversity of personnel training will be more and more attention. At the present stage, the research mainly focuses on the research on the reform of vocational education personnel training mode and the reduction of student resources. However, there are few reports on the mode and method of talent training for vocational education students.
