我是广东人,到过广东的许多地方,但没去过香港,这次一位亲戚邀我到香港去作半月之游,可算圆了我的香港梦。俗话说：“吃在广东”,香港居民大部分是广东人,他们把广东的吃发展到一个新的高峰。香港人的收入在亚洲名列前茅,很多人早餐到酒楼中去用早茶,平时大多数酒楼的生意非常好,有的酒楼有很舒适的候餐厅,有一次我们在一个候餐厅中足足等候了一个小时,大家坐在皮沙发上,看看报章杂志,服务员还送来了一杯“免费茶”,让人有一种舒心的感觉。
