铝合金桥面板的应用在国内没有先例,天津市蚌埠桥首次采用,因此需要专门试验来进行研究分析,以确保安全性。通过两种不同尺寸的桥面板的静力加载试验,能够确定该桥面板的静力承载性能并考察连接件的使用性能。实验结果显示出该桥面板具有良好的承载力,连接件符合要求,同时ANSYS计算也验证了试验结果的可靠性。总之,试验表明桥面板及连接件完全满足静力承载性能的要求,另外,也对新兴建筑材料铝合金的性能作进一步探究。
The application of aluminum alloy bridge deck has no precedent in China. For the first time, Bengbu Bridge in Tianjin City needs to be used for research and analysis to ensure safety. Through the static load test of two different sizes of bridge deck, the static load capacity of the bridge deck can be determined and the service performance of the bridge can be investigated. The experimental results show that the bridge deck has good bearing capacity, the connectors meet the requirements, and the ANSYS calculation also verifies the reliability of the test results. In a word, the test shows that the bridge deck and the connectors fully meet the requirements of the static load-bearing performance. In addition, the properties of the newly-developed aluminum alloy for building materials are further explored.
