百日咳是一种上呼吸道的急性传染病,对儿童的健康危害很大.自从张家口市卫生防疾站介绍用鸡、猪苦胆治疗百日咳以来,各地相继采用,我们在医院党支部的领导下,破除迷信,解放思想,发挥四敢精神,在学习张家口市先进经验的基础上,进一步获得启发,并于去冬在门诊开始试用”蛇胆制川贝末”治疗百日咳,三个月来,先后治愈6例,为了交流经验,特介绍如下: (一)药物:蛇胆制川贝末. (二)用量:半岁以下,每次服1/3筒,日服三次;半岁至四岁,每次服1/2筒,日服三次;四岁以上,每次服1筒,日服三次. 服法:将玻璃筒打开,药末放于茶杯内,加白蜜或白糖少许,用开水化服. (三)疗效观察:我们在治疗的6例中,均为未满四岁的儿童,其中男性3例,女性3例.半岁的1例,一岁的2例,一岁半的1例,三岁的2例,一般
