目的了解保健老师接受传染病知识培训的情况及对培训的需求情况,发现存在的问题,为改善松江区中小学校保健老师传染病知识培训提供依据。方法将松江区全部83所中小学校作为研究现场,共计调查83位保健老师,应用SAS 9.1统计软件对收集的资料进行分析。结果 79.52%的保健老师接受过传染病知识岗前培训,86.75%的保健老师接受过在岗培训。62.50%保健老师每学期接受一次传染病知识培训。兼职保健老师,私立学校保健老师,小学保健老师接受传染病知识岗前和在岗培训的比例均较低。96%的保健老师表示需要加强传染病防治知识培训;健康讲座、培训和宣传小册子/折页是松江区中小学保健老师期望的传染病知识获取途径。结论教育机构和卫生机构应继续重视保健老师的传染病培训工作,根据保健老师的需求,开展针对性的传染病知识培训,从而使保健老师能够在日常工作中早发现、早报告传染病,防止暴发和流行。
Objective To understand the situation of health teachers receiving infectious disease knowledge training and the demand for training and to find the existing problems so as to provide basis for improving the knowledge training of infectious diseases among health teachers in primary and secondary schools in Songjiang District. Methods A total of 83 primary and secondary schools in Songjiang District were selected as research sites. A total of 83 health teachers were investigated. SAS 9.1 statistical software was used to analyze the collected data. Results 79.52% of health teachers received pre-job training in infectious diseases and 86.75% of them received on-the-job training. 62.50% of health teachers receive one infectious disease knowledge training every semester. Part-time health teachers, private school health teachers, primary health care teachers to receive knowledge of infectious diseases before and on-the-job training were lower. 96% of health teachers said they need to strengthen the training of knowledge on prevention and treatment of communicable diseases; health talks, training and publicity brochures / brochures are ways of acquiring knowledge of infectious diseases expected by primary and secondary health care teachers in Songjiang District. Conclusion Educational institutions and health institutions should continue to pay attention to the training of infectious diseases for health teachers and carry out targeted knowledge training on infectious diseases according to the needs of health teachers so that health teachers can find out early in their daily work and report infectious diseases as soon as possible, Outbreak and epidemic.
