随着中国的市场转型和产业升级,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,人才的竞争成为企业的核心竞争。企业必须采取有效的人才管理措施,让“以人为本”的思想渗透在人才管理中,使其与刚性管理相辅相成,互相弥补,最终达到提高行政管理的效果。本文通过理解以人为本的含义,阐述以人为本在企业行政管理应用的重要性和必要性,提出了怎样坚持以人为本和实现以人为本的策略。
With the market transformation and industrial upgrading in China, the competition among enterprises becomes more and more fierce, and the competition of talents becomes the core competition of enterprises. Enterprises must take effective measures of talent management to infiltrate the idea of “people-oriented” into talent management so as to complement each other and to make up for each other. Finally, the effect of improving administration will be achieved. By understanding the meaning of people-oriented, this paper expounds the importance and necessity of people-oriented application in the administration of enterprises, and puts forward the strategy of how to adhere to people-oriented and people-oriented.
