为了比较不同苜蓿品种的抗旱性,试验在不同浓度聚乙二醇(PEG)干旱胁迫条件下,测定了12个苜蓿品种的生物量(地上、地下)、根冠比、叶片相对含水量、游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、叶绿素含量、相对电导率等生理指标,利用主成分及隶属函数分析法对抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明:将10个抗旱指标用主成分分析归纳成三个主成分,累积贡献率为75.628%;通过综合隶属函数值评定的抗旱性强弱顺序为图牧2号>WL168HQ>敖汉>草原1号>农菁1号>德宝>龙牧801>龙牧100>龙牧803>龙牧806>皇后>龙牧81苜蓿。
In order to compare the drought resistance of different alfalfa cultivars, the biomass of 12 alfalfa cultivars (above and below ground), root / shoot ratio, leaf relative water content, free Proline content, malondialdehyde content, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, chlorophyll content, relative conductivity and other physiological indexes. The main components and membership functions were used to evaluate the drought resistance. The results showed that the main components of 10 drought resistance indexes were classified into three principal components with the cumulative contribution rate of 75.628%. The order of drought resistance as assessed by the integrated membership function value was Tu Mu No.2> WL168HQ> Aohan> grassland 1> Nongjing 1> Debao> Longmu 801> Longmu 100> Longmu 803> Longmu 806> Queen> Longmu 81 alfalfa.
