目的探讨中药复方舒通方对小鼠便秘模型的润肠通便功能。方法将昆明小鼠50只,随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组和舒通方低、中、高三个剂量组。每组10只,连续灌胃10d后,采用复方地芬诺酯造成小鼠便秘模型,观察舒通方对小鼠体重、小肠推进试验和排便试验的指标测定。结果舒通方各剂量组小鼠的墨汁推进率均高于模型对照组,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.01);舒通方低、中、高剂量组均能缩短便秘小鼠首粒黑便的排出时间,与模型对照组比较,差异有统计学意义,舒通方高、中剂量组粪便粒数均大于模型对照组(P<0.05),高、中剂量组粪便重量与模型对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论舒通方具有促进小鼠小肠运动的作用,缩短首便时间,增加便秘小鼠所排粪便的粒数和重量。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shu Tongfang, a traditional Chinese medicine compound, on the laxative function of the mouse constipation model. Methods Fifty Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group, model control group and Shutong low-, middle-, and high-dose groups. In each group of 10 rats, 10 days after continuous gavage, compound phenoxylate was used to induce constipation model in mice, and Shu Tongfang’s index of mouse body weight, small intestine advancing test and defecation test were observed. Results The ink promotion rate of Shutongfang mice in each dose group was higher than that in the model control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); Shutongfang low, middle and high dose groups can shorten the first capsule of constipated mice. The time of excretion of black stool was significantly different from that of the model control group. The number of feces pellets in the high and middle dose group of Shutong Fang was higher than that of the model control group (P<0.05). The fecal weight in the high and middle dose group was compared with the model. There was a statistically significant difference between the groups (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion Shu Tong Fang has the effect of promoting the small intestine movement of mice, shortening the first stool time, and increasing the number and weight of fecal droppings in constipation mice.
