本文采用CCL4诱导大鼠肝损伤模型,治疗各组采用不同途径、不同剂量给予人胎盘提取物观察大鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT),谷草转氨酶(AST),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),胆碱酯酶(CHE),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化,并做肝脏病理切片检查,研究人胎盘提取物对实验性肝损伤大鼠的保护作用。结果表明,人胎盘提取物对CCL肝损伤有一定的保护作用。
In this study, CCL4-induced liver injury model was used in rats. Rats were treated with different placebo and different doses of human placental extract to observe the serum ALT, AST, LDH, and gallbladder. Changes in alkaline esterase (CHE) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), and liver biopsy were performed to study the protective effect of human placental extract on experimental hepatic injury in rats. The results show that human placental extracts have a protective effect on liver injury of CCL.
