对我国铁路多经物流企业所处的环境及运行现状进行分析,提出构建基于项目的铁路多经物流企业动态联盟的运作模式,并论述了其建立的可行性。对于基于项目的动态联盟模式的应用,提出了分阶段实施的流程和联盟运作的保障机制。 This paper analyzes the environment and operational status quo of multi-logistics enterprises in our country, and puts forward the construction of the project-based multi-logistics enterprises dynamic alliance operation mode and its feasibility. For the application of project-based dynamic alliance model, the process of phased implementation and the guarantee mechanism of alliance operation are put forward.
