目的比较弱视儿童行眼罩遮盖和Bangeter压抑膜遮盖的生活质量评分。方法选择2014年11月—2015年9月视光门诊7~12岁弱视儿童98例,自愿选用眼罩或Bangeter压抑膜遵医嘱进行遮盖,6个月后复诊时采用弱视儿童生活质量评估量表进行评分对比。结果眼罩遮盖组和Bangeter压抑膜组男童的生活质量评分的平均得分[(6.00±3.34)、(8.79±4.48)分]均低于女童[(7.30±3.46)、(10.11±4.46)分],差异均有统计学意义(t=2.032、2.654;P<0.05)。Bangeter压抑膜组男、女童的视力状况、心理状况、社会交往、疾病担心得分亦明显高于眼罩遮盖组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用Bangeter压抑膜遮盖可提高弱视儿童的生活质量。
Objective To compare the quality of life of children with amblyopia with eye mask cover and Bangeter suppression film cover. Methods From November 2014 to September 2015, 98 cases of visually impaired children aged 7 ~ 12 years old in optometrists were blindfolded or obstructed with Bangeter ophthalmologist and obstructed as required by the doctor. At 6 months after the visit, the assessment was made with the Quality of Life Assessment Scale for Amblyopic Children Score comparison. Results The mean score of quality of life scores of boys in blindfold group and Bangeter suppression group [(6.00 ± 3.34), (8.79 ± 4.48) points] were lower than those in girls [(7.30 ± 3.46), (10.11 ± 4.46) , The differences were statistically significant (t = 2.032,2.654; P <0.05). The visual acuity, psychological status, social interaction and disease scoring in Bangeter suppression group were also significantly higher than those in blindfold group (P <0.05). Conclusions The use of Bangeter to suppress the membrane covering can improve the quality of life of children with amblyopia.
